We hope you are well. First of all, we would like to express our sincere gratitude for your continued support of our store. Your loyalty has always been the cornerstone of our success.

It is with sadness that we inform you that we have closed the doors to our physical store. This was a difficult decision to make, and we understand that it may cause inconvenience to our valued customers who relied on the in-store pick-up service.  However, we are committed to keeping our connection strong by better serving you through our online store.

We are actively working to explore alternative solutions to ensure that our customers continue to enjoy the quality of service to which they have become accustomed. We will seek to improve our home delivery options and aim to offer alternatives that are to be as convenient as possible. We will keep you updated you with any developments regarding this issue.

You can choose the "pick up in store" option when you are in your shopping cart.

You will then receive an in-store pickup confirmation email within 1-3 days

*Time may vary depending on the nature of the products or for any other reason beyond the control of Elite Tools. In-store pickup is during our opening hours.

Then go to the counter with your proof of pickup confirmation email along with an ID.

For all orders over $1500 Elite reserves the right to request the presence of the credit card that was used to pay for your purchase.

* Upon receipt of your in-store pickup confirmation email, you have a period of 7 days required to collect the merchandise(s) at least by prior agreement with us.

 

After this time, orders will be automatically refunded and cancelled.
