Warranty and Return Policy

Guarantees:

All our wicks of spinning tops, planer knives and shapers are covered by a one-year warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover normal wear and tear, breakage caused by improper use or handling.

Each of our suppliers offers a guarantee specific to their products. You will find this warranty in the product description.

 

Returns:

We offer a 30-day return option.

Within 30 days of delivery of your order, you can return an item, and get a full refund if the return results from an error on our part. Transportation costs will be borne by Elite Tools.

Please note that you will be responsible for the transportation expenses associated with a return if the original shipment was error-free.

 

Conditions:

Full refund within 30 days, excluding delivery costs (Note that lasers, machines, safety equipment, masks, cutting tools, abrasives, precisions, multimeters are final sales not refunded) After 30 days it is possible to get an exchange or credit but there could be return costs of up to 15%. Please note that return requests are usually processed within 3 to 15 days.

* Returns of special orders may not be refundable. (Inactive, discontinued, tool(s) not kept in inventory, etc.)

Please note that some of our suppliers are currently experiencing fulfillment problems, it is possible that the items are unavailable or without a delivery date.

For all online return requests you must first fill out the return form available on our website.

All returned items must be new, unused and in their original packaging intact. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

You can make a return or exchange in our store with a printout of your receipt, available under "Orders" in your account management, and your item(s) unused, in the original package.

At our store one of our sales representatives will assist you for an exchange or a full refund to your credit card (allow a few days) or your Paypal account.
