If your tool(s) is fabricated by another supplier who is not listed on our website, we will study if it's possible to make a special order for you.

The promotional code is applicable in your shopping cart, when you are ready to complete your order. You just have to click on the arrow "Apply a discount code" and enter your code in the box for this purpose and click on "Apply discount".

Nevertheless, registration is free and fast and this will allow you to have quick access to your orders, your favorites, your invoices etc.
The online purchase process on Elite Tools is quick and easy:
- You must first select the tool or tools you want to order by clicking on the "Buy" button at the bottom of the product photo.
- Automatically your product or products will be placed in your basket located at the top right of our page.
- Access it by clicking on "Basket"
- To proceed with the purchase you must click on the "Place order" button
- A new page will open with a summary of your selected products as well as the subtotal.
Below you will be able to make the payment either by means of a Visa credit card, Mastercard or you can use your account PayPal.
- Once the information is completed you will click on the "next" button at the bottom left.
- On the next page which is the order confirmation page you have the description of your invoice, transaction information and delivery addresses.
- If everything corresponds to your request you simply have to click on the "make payment" button to confirm your order.
- You have just made a purchase on Elite Tools and you will receive an email confirming your order.

It is possible to cancel an order, if it is not yet shipped. If the package has already ship our warehouse, it will be necessary to apply the return procedures.
