This adjustable steel pole arm features a semi-cylindrical dust scoop that closely fits your small turning projects, capturing almost all the dust! Pencil and spindle turners will instantly recognize the efficiency and utility of our Dust Right lathe dust collection system. The centerpiece of the system is our own C-shaped "dust scoop", which wraps around the part being turned to catch dust at source. Add to this an adjustable stainless steel pole arm support system and a flexible hose to connect to your dust collection system, and you have an all-in-one package that will dramatically reduce the amount of dust in the air and on your shop floor. This pole-mounted arm system can easily slide along the bed of your lathe to collect dust wherever you walk your chisel, and is height-adjustable up to 15". It can also be adjusted in and out along the slot in the plate, and pivots at three points to provide an incredible variety of positioning options.
