Now there is an option for your table saw with no limitations. Introducing our Clear-Cut TS Stock Guides. The unique guide rollers on the stock guides are mounted on a 5 degree angle effectively steering your stock toward the fence. To help prevent kick back, each rollers is mounted on a one way needle roller bearing. The roller arm holds your work under spring pressures to ensure your work is held firmly in place, The angle of the arm causes the roller to hold with more fore if the wood tries to move against the direction of feed. Set up is fast and easy. The stock guides can also pivot out of the way and tuck behind the surface of your fence when not in use. With Clear-Cut TS Stock Guides you won't have to struggle to hold wide boards or large panels as you try to feet it trough your saw table. The guides pull your stock securely into position and hold your work tight to fence. Clear-Cut TS Stock Guides mount to most commercially available table saw fences and with the use of our track you have complete adjustability of your stock guides. The guides have 3-1/8" of total vertical travel and can accommodate a maximum stock thickness 13/16" above the mounted with the t-track. Clear-Cut TS Stock Guides are CNC machined from solid aluminum and anodized for appearance and durability. The roller axles are CNC machined from cold rolled steel and case hardened for durability. The adjustment bar and spring retainer is machined from stainless steel for corrosion resistance. The rollers are CNC machined from wear resistant acetol resin which also has a low coefficient of friction. The traction tires are molded out of urethane for long life and superior grip on your stock. With Jessem's Clear-Cut TS Stock Guides set up is fast and easy. They are locked in their position along the fence with 2 knurled knobs. The height distance to fence setting of each guide is controlled with the tightening of the large up to clamping knob. When not in use they can just pivot out of the way. Clear-Cut TS Stock Guides come with (2) stock guides, (1) 30" t-slot mounting track, (1) drill bit (for drilling pilot holes for mounting) and all necessary mounting hardware.
